Below are the different methods of searching for availability.
Please choose the appropriate option based on your needs. You may use this feature to check
on the availability of different room types, browse through photos of each unit,
and their descriptions and rates. If you make a reservation, you may choose to
pay for your 33% reservation deposit by check or credit card. If your reservation arrival date is within 14
days or less, your credit card will be charged the full amount.
There are times
when some units may have 1 or 2 day reservation availability. Call Suntide III's
reservationist at 1-800-847-5728 for more information.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservation deposits are refundable up
to 14 days prior to your arrival date, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Within 14
days of your arrival date there are no refunds for any reason. There are no
refunds for early departure.
Please Note: Online
reservations may not be complete without an e-mail confirmation
containing your reservation number. If you do not
receive your e-mail confirmation, contact the front desk at 1-800-847-5728
immediately to verify your credit card charges. If your credit card is not
charged or payment is not received, then your reservation will be cancelled.
PAYMENT
OPTIONS:
Suntide III accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover for online reservations. Upon arrival, the balance may be paid by
credit card, check, cashier's check, money
order, traveler's checks, or cash. Please call the front desk
reservationist at 800-847-5728 if you have any questions regarding the Suntide
III Condominium's payment policy.
SPRING BREAK & MARCH RENTALS: Call front desk reservationist for more information at 1-800-847-5728.
Must be 18 years or older.
30 day or longer rentals: Rentals
up to and including 29 days may be made online. To reserve a unit for more than
29 days you must call Suntide III's reservationist at 1-800-847-5728.
GUEST INFORMATION:
High speed, wireless internet access is
available in the lobby, computer room and some units. High Speed RoadRunner
Internet is available in all units.
Check-In time starts 4:00 p.m. Check
-Out time is 10:00 a.m. During peak seasons check-in times vary. Some rooms CANNOT
be ready by 4:00 p.m. We do appreciate your patience. If you need an earlier
check-in time &/or a later check out time, we will do our best to meet your
needs IF our reservation status allows. Standard rates will be charged for any
late check-outs, if prior arrangements have not been approved by the front desk.
NEW
SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
All reservations except those that are 30
days or longer will require a $200.00 security deposit in the form of a
$200.00 credit card authorization when you check-in. Once the unit has been cleaned and inspected
for damages, your credit card authorization will be cancelled or the
authorization will be used to cover any damages found.
There are no refunds for early departures.
PARKING RULES: All vehicles must be registered with the front desk. We
provide permits for all vehicles parked on Suntide III property. Those vehicles
parked on Suntide III property without a permit will be towed at owner's
expense. Please DO NOT park in a reserved space. Large trucks, SUV's, boats,
trailers, etc. may not park inside. Suntide III parking lot across the street is
available on a first come first served basis. Notify the front desk for access.
PETS: PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE
CONDOMINIUMS. Guests bringing pets will not be permitted to use the condo and
there will be no refund. If a pet is found in your condo, an additional $200.00
cleaning fee will be applied and the pet will still need to be removed from
Suntide III property. The ONLY EXCEPTION to Suntide III PET POLICY are CONDO
OWNERS.
